The open door policy at LMP is superb and the whole business is transparent and honest so there are no nasty surprises. People are really well thought of and the family feel to the business is second to none. Joining LMP has been the best career move I have made and it really is fantastic to be and feel valued as an important part in the wider business.

well I dont know that there is any - maybe an extra days holiday each year up to 5 years

cold, thoughtless, rude, no emotional intelligence - and thats the top management ! SLT are hell bent on getting one person out of the company come hell or high water and messing with their mental well being, to the point that this person attempted suicide because of the way they were treated.
