Everything. The CEO is in charge of every aspect of the company but gives no advice or any room for growth. This is a very small company with no HR - first red flag. No quarterly reviews or anything along those lines so there is no mentorship or learning opportunities at this company. You can tell everyone dislikes the CEO and his attitude but there obviously nothing you can do about that. He is definitely a very smart man but that is it, he is not a personable businessman and makes you feel stupid and awkward as well as tends to be very cheap. Everyone keeps to themselves and makes you feel uncomfortable if you have any questions or need help with anything. Do not recommend working here if you are trying to grow within your career.
