Management is terrible so you can get ahead if you're a pretty girl or suck up constantly. They are constantly getting rid of good employees, so you won't have to work there for long.

Minpunten

EVERYTHING! Pay is terrible, people are horrible, management is a joke. The CEO is an idiot and freely admits it.

Good work life balance and benefits are pretty good depending on management. Really the only thing that kept me here so long was the people in my team.

Pay is lacking compared to competitors. CEO makes 15 million and CFO makes 10 million, but they don't want to pay competitive wages. Senior Leadership in finance space have brought it up, but little to no change
