Laid off a ton of people in a different department but are mass hiring this role. Claims they have a contingent work force so they can keep their full time workers - shows lack of care toward people and instability in job security, even as a full time worker. Does not honor the values they push. Compensation is laughable in this role, and there’s no chance of increase for 18 months.
