There are too many. First and foremost, there is prevalent racism and certain nationalities and races are always targetted. People are overworked and underpaid. There is no respect amongst each other. Most people are on the verge of a burn out because of lack of sleep and work overload. It is just a terrible place to work, especially for certain races and nationalities. With the pay they offer, it is just not worth putting your health and career at risk.
