      1. Nice staff (mostly). 2. Free training. 3. Decent bonus scheme.

      Minpunten

      1. The business is like one big family. As in the parents (bosses) will emotionally blackmail you whenever you prioritise yourself over corporate slavery. 2. You WILL get yelled at when you decide to leave because the boss just cannot fathom that there are better opportunities for you out there. You will be labeled as selfish and ungrateful. 3. There is no HR department. Don’t expect anyone to have your back when con number 2 happens to you. 4. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because not all of the big bosses are terrible.

      Pluspunten

      Location is really close to public train, and many facilities on the building. You learn many basic things that may help you in new places. Gets you prepared to real world. Free training.

      Minpunten

      You are treated like a staff instead of a learner. Multitasking is practiced. Some staff refused to cooperate with tasks given, let me do the work alone despite them having a free time (as far as I have observed and experienced). Environment is quite toxic - maybe its just me but if you work here you see lah over time

      Small and upcoming company does not yet have the sort of corporate perks some look for.
