Absolutely toxic leaders without pedigree or experience. Middle managers are sorority sisters who talk smack about each other and their reports, leading employees to then participate in and share org-damaging gossip. Teams are actually told not to collaborate with one another, and there are internal arguments over who gets credit for which deals. The weekly pipeline call is a joke - where every seller has to share their numbers live so we can judge one another.
