Denies time off requests, regardless of when the request was submitted. Still has a written (and enforced) policy of finding your own coverage when sick, even though MA law states they can't force you. Will know about open shifts days ahead of time, but still mandates staff from the previous shift to stay. Triple shifts have been mandated in the past.
