Salaries tend to be low, and a promise made by HR during the hiring process regarding benefits was not kept. Management is wall-to-wall scumbags. Contrary ideas will not be heard and upper levels of the company will lie, undercut employees, and fire them without a second thought. Widespread rumors that the entire staff of one of the magazines LabX owns was canned or forced out under the guise of "falling traffic" but it was really because the director didn't like them.
