Assisting patients, medical professionals with gaining access to treatment therapy, and my wonderful coworkers. I was looking forward to working at LapCorp but the project I was on left a sour taste in my mouth.

Poor out-of-date training, poor leadership, and guidance. A lot of favoritism at this job. I've heard trainers and supervisors talk bad about others on the job. Very stressful and unprofessional environment. They only care about how many calls they receive a day but not the patient's health or how they receive their treatment drugs/copay assistance. They'll throw you on the phones without little guidance. If you get stuck they expect you to ask questions on Teams chat which takes them anywhere from five to twenty minutes to respond. Just awful. They'll tell you to utilize your hold times and go on outbound but yell at you for it. The company can careless if the callers are on hold for twenty minutes to an hour. This was by far the worse job I've ever worked at and I have a background of ten plus years in the healthcare field.
