Management is homophobic and racist against the hispanics and harasses whoever they decide to target until they leave. Management thinks they're always right when they are told what they believe isn't the case, for anything to get done or corrected it has to be done behind their back. Blatant favoritism for the other older racist white bullies, will believe anything they say over the people who actually work with whoever they decide to target. No corrective action for the mistreatment by management, instead they take it on as well. HR and upper management don't take any action against the managers who are responsible for the high turn-around explicitly because of them. Will constantly be demeaned if you're on the shift the manager doesn't work with because she doesn't have object permanence and thinks because she doesn't see you you don't do anything while simultaneously making nothing but mistakes while simultaneously taking excessive breaks somehow. If you want to work in a place where your time, effort, and care is appreciated, don't work in the histology lab.
