Despite young founders, they have been smart to hire experienced dynamic senior management across the company. So it's no kindergarten but rather a good balance of move fast, be smart and no BS. Sales has a very strong voice in the business pushing for high performance but without the negativity so often a strong sales culture can bring. The product is amazing and real, it's market-leading and customers love it. The potential in the market is fantastic and there is genuinely almost overwhelming opportunity in the market. It’s still a young company so there are loads of gaps but as they get filled they will dominate their industry.
