* They care about career development - I just started working here a few months ago, but I have already been given new opportunities to grow. As soon as managers notice your strengths, they encourage you to participate in related projects so you can experiment. :) * Great people - Management does a great job recruiting hardworking and positive people. The environment here is very collaborative. Coworkers like to take breaks by inviting you to play pingpong or going out for a walk to get coffee/smoothies/boba/ice cream. Perks of working downtown! * Fun culture - Whenever I tell friends and family about the culture at Ladder, they can't believe it! We throw a bunch of random events. Aside from the usual company bbq and holiday parties, we've also had game nights, pingpong tournaments, bingo during lunch, etc. At some point, we even had a weekly company happy hour that lasted for months.
