Terrible culture - werkgeversreview Product Manager bij Laird

Bullying culture where everyone is out for themselves. No career or salary progression except for the executives. HR much too powerful and made up of people who ‘hate dealing with people’ as one of them told me on their first day. If they can screw you over they will: very trigger happy with firing people and then try to get out of paying what is in their contract. In the office where I work attrition is extremely high. I do not reccomend this company.
