Need good technical people at the top with long term vision, not just managers or veterans who may be good for contributing with there experience but not decision making. Lots of things stuck between Yes and No of upper management because they don't have the required technical knowledge to make decisions.

1. You will get to work on latest techs. 2. Salary/appraisal is good comparatively. 3. Leave/WFH is not an issue as long as you give your results. 4. Flexibility is above expectation.
