Culture of Overwork: The management style prioritizes output over human well-being. Expect multiple daily standups designed to pressure and belittle staff. Management & HR: There is a lack of professionalism from leadership (CTO, HOD, HR). They operate on a "lean" model that borders on exploitation. Unfair Leave Policy: Personal commitments and emergencies are ignored. I was denied parental leave for the birth of my child. Performance Reviews: Despite working 9+ hours daily and delivering the highest volume of defect-free CRs in the team, I was placed on two PIPs in two years. Blame games are the standard way of operating.
