Pluspunten
The only benefit I saw in working there were the friends I made, none in management where I worked.
Minpunten
Terrible Upper management I.E. Directors. My time there was very drama induced working as the only Field PM in the company under a egotistical director that don't even understand the fundamentals of building relationships with peers or mid management or the general workers.
I was hired to be a project manager, but I was also given the responsibilities of QA, logistics, materials sourcer, and general laborer. Each week new job duties were assigned to me working under the Director of Project Management.
I was working 55-60 hours a week starting from week one when it was communicated that I would only work those kinds of hours only once every other month or so and I would fly back home on weekends when travelling.
