For almost two years, I worked for Language Intelligence, a premier provider of language services to clients all around the world. The experience I have gained while working for Language Intelligence has been invaluable and the opportunities I embarked on were opportunities that have evolved me into the successful woman I am today. I was privileged with the opportunity to not only develop and grow company sales, but to also work with some of the largest and most well known companies in the world. With such pride the company takes in its day to day activities and their superior customer service, selling Language Intelligence services was not only not hard, but enjoyable for me. Language Intelligence is not just your average translation company, but they're your valued and trusted business partner who is always trying to streamline your localization projects. Language Intelligence also has the most knowledgeable, professional, experienced and dedicated team which provides a friendly consultative approach and a solution that best fits each company’s unique needs and goals. While at Language Interactive, I truly learned so much, not only that which allowed me to grow as an individual, but I got great insight as to how companies should be run. I was always treated with the utmost respect and regardless of who it was or what was going on, I was always treated with class and professionalism. Watching the way management run operations day to day truly showed me that they cared. They cared that we were being compensated to the best of their abilities, they cared that we were motivated to continue our drive for success, they cared that we were treated as people and not just employees, and they cared that we showed up for work because we wanted to be there not because we had to be there. It was through witnessing this leadership and true management that truly helped me learn the value of valuing people as individuals and not looking at people as co-workers, employees, or colleagues , but seeing them as they are, individuals with the same emotions and feelings other share. I’d like to extend a huge thank you to the owner, Irene White, for her support over the years and for allowing me to be a part of one of the most fascinating companies I've encountered to date. It is with the utmost sincerity that I not only thank her but acknowledge that I will be forever grateful for the experience, opportunity and life lessons learned given to me by Irene and Language Intelligence. As I stated above, the experience I had at Language Intelligence was invaluable and is the reason for my success today. While at Language Intelligence I was offered an incredible opportunity at another company and with sadness, I left Language Intelligence. I truly enjoyed the clients, projects and most dynamic team I've ever worked with.

It's hard to think of cons of working at Language Intelligence but if I had to chose any it would be that you have to be dedicated and have to be willing to work long hours.
