Pluspunten
One of the most diverse environments I've worked in. Everyone LSA hires tends to be of the same open, friendly, and globally diverse mindset, which makes for a really fun office and easily built relationships with coworkers. The hours are fair and flexible, and management is always -really- understanding and accommodating to staff needs. The pay is relative to the work expected of you, and most of the opportunities, while there are fine details, are low-stress, and you're never asked to bring anything home. You are well-rewarded for growth in your position, taking initiative, and taking on projects, which makes you feel much more valued and less like a cog. Management is quick to recognize when someone has gone above and beyond in their role. People take issue with the no-phone on the call center floor policy, but there really are no companies where texting at work is acceptable, especially not when dealing with sensitive medical information. There are plenty of other places in the office where you can use your phone.
Minpunten
This is a small office where just about everyone knows everyone else. Secrets are not easily kept and word gets around fast.
