It's a great opportunity for those who are new to the workplace to begin their careers because you're exposed to so many different parts of the company. I had the opportunity to work with various parts of the leadership, including the CEO, and she, especially, was incredibly collaborative and supportive. I had a wonderful time working here.

Because it's a small company, you're sometimes asked to wear a ton of different hats. While this is great to learn and grow, it does become a bit hard to manage and because of this, communication can sometimes break down.
