-Got fired for sounding "too tired" on calls after about 6-7 hours of interpreting calls that are almost back to back.(worked there for almost 6 years and during the last month I got 3 "needing improvement" which got me fired, I was being told by costumers that I did a great job every day, unfortunately the random QA individual did not agree)
-Language Line QA can give you a bad score for random subjective reasons whenever they feel like.
