I love working at Lark! It feels like a family -- even though we now have nearly 200 employees and are fully remote! Everyone is very caring, thoughtful and goes out of their way to help others at the company. Not to mention we are working every day to help dramatically improve and save lives across the United States!

Minpunten

Classic growing pains from being a start-up trying to grow as fast as possible in a very hot market!

Healthcare industry is a slow-moving industry. Company growth has been slowed by the healthcare industry cycle. But for any deeply meaningful work, it's worth the wait.
