Over stepping on customer communications: Example: promising one thing and making me go back and explain another later on after the fact (not often, but not a good practice). *Sales rep is in charge of inspection of project before it leaves. This is great customer service, but a larger project can take hours that your not calling to make new leads. But it isn't something the shop will take responsibility for and if they do typically mistakes are made. * If you have a baby while working here they are great and supportive. EXCEPT with me being in sales I was working with some of the largest opportunity of my carrier and when I came back most of those opportunities were being explored with other sales reps. Policies were changed right before I went on leave.
