I’ve had a really positive experience at Laura. The team is amazing and I love the brand, but what really stood out to me is how involved the regional manager and HR are. They actually visit the store and take time to connect with us, which makes a big difference. It feels like they care, and that kind of support isn't something you find everywhere in retail. Great culture.

What They offer It’s really different to what the company is. They’re really rude With employees, they are a company that changes staff all the time, they carry out mass layoffs without justification, the company is governed under a PCOS that does not help patients they only care about the money. They don't see people, they don't have ethics. Since you start they have you in the process with the risk of dismissal, the pressure of the bosses is very uncomfortable although the work is simple. If you are looking for something permanent, this is not your place
