Minpunten
I joined Laurentide as a junior reliability engineer or, as they called it internally, reliability university. I do not advise joining their team if you have any prior experience, you will start at around 62k with 10% increase yearly which will bring it to 75k after 3 years, which is low for reliability engineer. I now left laurentide and have a better paying job. However, during my hiring process they explain to you that you will be paid 51cent/KM and an extra $62 if you stay overnight at the customer, which would greatly increase your salary. Thus, the 62k is just your base salary (which is a total lie, I did not make over 65k during my year). Moreover, they tell you that you would be working on reliability project, which was a lie, they are missing analyst and will find any excuses to assign you to a data project and NOT reliability one. For the year I spent with them, they assigned me to master data project only. Thus, my advice is do not join Laurentide when you are starting your career, it is not worthwhile. I regret joining them, I was lied to during the hiring process and I worked in data instead of reliability.
