There are serious organizational and hr integrity, messy political and government structures, on the pretext of better nation superiority and technology. There have been misleds by hrbps bad apples who are fighting for their own overhires and turnovers, with consequences borned by colleagues. The prevalent practices of rigged reviews by guilty ones, it has also been realized over the course of times of repeated misleading and deceptive hr practices ingrained in the ecosystem for their existence. This place has never been interested in long term hires and contributions at different levels but for the benefit of certain executives although permanency to attract hires at the beginning into the company. There are legal disputes. This company is waiting for the sale, the only purpose of its existence. All else including people does not matter or are minimally done upon realization of this ecosystem that exists. Widespread than imagine, this is ideally not a place for management stakeholders and a toxic learning ground for juniors and partners regardless.
