Minpunten
This company will push work from all other departments on top of your position instead of finding additional staff. Work days are expected to work unpaid overtime on an everyday basis, yet time is scrimped and cut at every corner. Favoritism from management is based on how much of your personal time you give the company to take work off other also overworked staff, and/or how desperately you need the job (or, how unlikely you are to leave). Get an understanding for the workplace first before you ask anyone for help with work from any department, and be prepared to take on mistakes from anyone willing to accuse you of them instead once you do.
