Fun and innovative culture Opportunity to work with tons of smart and motivated colleagues in the industry. Great location and seriously awesome view of Philadelphia. The office itself is really great too. Lots of opportunity for advancement within the company for those who are motivated enough to seek it. Perks, such as a huge variety of snacks, weekly catered lunches, frequent company outings, and office games (ping-pong, video games, board games)

Employees are expected to wear many hats and often don't have clear-cut roles. If you are looking for a job where you can expect do the same tasks every day and have a lot of management oversight, then this is definitely not the place for you. Since it is a small and growing company, there are obviously some growing pains. The company is currently in the process of evolving from a very small start-up to a larger, more traditional business. This means that there are constantly changes taking place which might deter those who prefer working in a more slow-moving, predictable environment.

I was paid while working mostly from home, so this was something notably positive from my experience. Would recommend to a friend due to this! From my perspective, and those I worked closely with, the work culture requires a high degree of adaptability and emotional resilience to navigate effectively. I was not capable of meeting the expectations of Leadnomics leadership, so I made the decision to depart due to the feedback I received regarding my own inadequacies. I learned a lot from this experience!

It’s worth noting that I signed a non-disparagement agreement upon joining this company, which limits my ability to share specific feedback. Prospective employees should carefully assess whether the company’s culture and leadership style align with their own working preferences. I took some time to reflect before writing this review, as the leadership style left a strong impression and required careful thought to evaluate my experience. The company does not have a dedicated HR department, which can make navigating workplace concerns or policies more challenging. Employees seeking formalized support structures might find this environment less accommodating, but since it is a startup, this is not out of the ordinary.
