There’s an outstanding culture of collaboration—teammates support one another and are invested in helping each other succeed. The buddy system for new hires is especially helpful and makes onboarding feel welcoming and structured. Enablement is thoughtfully designed and easy to access, making it simple to reference materials as you ramp and continue learning. It’s clear that the company puts effort into setting employees up for success. The product itself is resonating favorably with customers who want to accelerate test automation and build pipelines quickly. With exciting, game-changing updates on the horizon, the company is in an even stronger position moving forward. Benefits are another highlight. Vacation time is generous and genuinely supports work–life balance, and the healthcare plans offer solid coverage with much lower premiums than I’ve experienced in previous roles.

As the company continues to grow, the internal tech stack is still evolving to support expanding teams. Some tools are being phased out while new ones are being evaluated or implemented, which can create temporary gaps in workflows. It’s clear leadership is focused on aligning the right tools for scale, and I’m particularly looking forward to additional AI-driven prospecting and productivity tools that will help increase efficiency for go-to-market teams.
