      Pluspunten

      Perfect startup to grow, learn and where your work matters. They take care of you and ask for your best. It's an inspiring project that gives you motivation to keep improving. The culture of the company is built on respect towards other team members and towards the product/mission. Frequent feedback is given, and while you are expected to organize yourself and work independently, honesty and communication with other team members are essential. Personally, I have found a place where my voice is recognized, where I can evolve and learn from other professionals, while making the world a better one and having fun.

      Sometimes and extra effort is needed to make things work, but it is worth it and rewarding.

      Very hard-working team + management that really cares about making a positive difference in the world

      Minpunten

      Not a con necessarily (depends on what you are looking for from a job), but you will be expected to work really hard. But the work is fun, so I certainly have no complaints.

      You get to work with and learn from some seriously talented team members. Flexible working hours. Knowing that your work is helping underprivileged kids around the world as opposed to just being a job from which you earn a paycheck.

      Minpunten

      The deadlines given are sometimes tough, but that is to be expected from an organisation that wants to change the world.
