We are growing quickly, and with that comes ongoing work to strengthen our processes and ensure our people feel supported throughout their journey with us. Recently, we’ve introduced structured onboarding check-ins at 1, 4, and 8 months to provide more consistent support for new employees. We’re also collecting more regular feedback through our engagement surveys and, most recently, our stay survey, The Loop, which helps us understand what keeps people at Learnosity and where we need to do better.
