Plant Manager - Micromanagement style. If you do something right - then he will say - look what I did! if somethings goes wrong - he will point the finger at you - your fault. The Plant Manager has some issues and believe that other corporate employees are sent to his plant just to spy on him. The pros won't even help to cover cons. Read other reviews on indeed as well to get a better picture.

Pay not at industry rate. Corporate is based in Quebec, US is looked down upon compared to the CA plants.
