The management is so poor! Scheduling is done last minute, managers are degrading and they put so much pressure on employees that morale is incredibly low. Sales people endure great pressure to get as much money as possible out of every person entering the door and are threatened with being fired if they don't make goal. Some have been fired. And lab people are required to work with more pressure and less help since more often they have to work alone. I got out of there last year and have heard that it has gotten worse.
