We did not have vision insurance. Bizarre considering it is a vision insurance company. Associates and their family would receive an eye exam each year. This did not cover a contact lens exam, glasses or contact lenses. We received a 75% discount about 4x a year, not to exceed $2,000 in product per family. There is no work life balance. My RM would call & text all day on my days off, even if I was on PTO. The expectation is that you live there.
