The Evanston location was horrible. They give no breaks for less than 7.5 hours (which is illegal). You receive horrible treatment by both the boss and the other employees. The training is inadequate, and they will have you constantly in the back doing dishes instead of making any coffee. They reuse leftover milk in the pitchers if you steam too much, which is a health violation. Lastly, during my interview, I told them that I had celiac disease, and I would be able to do crepe dough VERY minimally, and only if no one else was availble. This was agreed to upon my hiring. They immediately ignored that, and I was doing crepe dough constantly when I wasn't acting as their defacto buss boy. I was very sick as a result, and I criticized for using the bathroom at inconvenient times.
