None. There is absolutely no benefits.

Minpunten

The company has no staff room to allow for breaks. They don't even provide tea, coffee or milk. No provision of pension, sick pay or health insurance. They made me redundant for no reason after working there for 3 months but said there was no problem with my work. They did this to 5 other people in the previous 6 months before i started my employment there. The work hours are long, 9-6. Nurses had to fight with management for their salary to be in line with IMNO salary scale.

Leadership is poor, communication is inconsistent, and the overall culture feels secretive and “need-to-know only,” which makes it difficult to do your job effectively. Expectations constantly change without transparency or support.
