Pluspunten
LetterStream incorporates excellence, honesty, and kindness into a workplace. The team is dedicated to getting work done quickly and perfectly, and will do whatever it takes to get there. Making sure the company functions with integrity is very important to the owner, and corners are not cut. I have found only kind and friendly people there, who are a joy to work with. There is a ton to be learned there because it is run so well and the management is so open to learning new ways to accomplish tasks.
Minpunten
The job involved less communication than I need to have in a workplace. This could be a pro, though, if you like working on tasks rather than with people (the job itself requires all workers to function together, but it isn't like customer service). The nature of the job makes growth is somewhat inevitable, but the worker ultimately needs to take the initiative to improve and take on new tasks in order to not end up stagnant.
