Wouldn’t recommend anybody to work there you will eventually get drug into the mess if you are not a part of it. Favoritism is shown based on who is friends with who not based on performance. No real raises at all, and it’s easy to be boxed in to a role. They will give you lead workload but expec you to stay at the pay rate you’re at. Promises promotions but does no follow through.
