Pluspunten
Most, if not all, the people are collaborative, supportive, and care about doing good work. The "work/life balance" is good; people aren't typically working more than 40 or 50 hours a week. The WFH policy is good. Once you're established at the company, you have the freedom to work from home or the office. There are "horror stories" of terrible clients from the past, but the current clients range from pretty good to excellent.
Minpunten
Because Lever is HITRUST certified, there are some restrictions and regulations employees must put up with. This isn't a huge deal, generally. There isn't a good repository of best-practices, processes, training, etc. People are happy to answer questions, but you need to figure stuff out on your own, which slows the learning process. Leadership can be extremely cold and impersonal when it suits their perceived needs. There isn't an internal creative department.
