It was fantastic to hear the positive experiences you have had including the interesting work, the people you work with, the career advancement opportunities, the offered leadership development programs and the opportunity to be part of a growing company.
We agree, that due to the nature of client service, busy season can be at times unpredictable and this can be an adjustment for many employees. We are in agreement that LeverPoint is certainly not a “clock in/clock out 8-5 kind of job” and a majority of our employees understand they are building their careers with LeverPoint in a unique, challenging and interesting industry.
We appreciate the feedback that you provided with regard to greater transparency and more streamlined communication. Additionally, we appreciate your thoughts on a more automation and internal support, more direct monetary recognition during the busy times and more opportunities for internal transfers. We will certainly take this feedback in account as we grow as an organization and continue to make changes.
