Still have to get the job done, but no mandatory increased hours or mandatory weekends. -Programs for soft skills development/leadership training -Company is rapidly growing - great new opportunities; ability to be a part of something as it evolves

Minpunten

- Unpredictable hours - since this is client service you don't always know well in advance when you might need to stay late. Quarter ends can be predicted to have slightly longer hours - Communication from the very top can be spotty/not fully transparent - which in a company that is constantly changing is understandable, but can also be frustrating - Not a con for me, but if you are looking for a clock in/clock out 8-5 kind of job, this is probably not the position for you -Company is rapidly growing - growing pains in all shapes and sizes

We agree, that due to the nature of client service, busy season can be at times unpredictable and this can be an adjustment for many employees.
