As much as they advertise employees being a valuable resource management couldn't care less about it's people. Consistently asked to do morally and ethically ambiguous or outright wrong actions by management. Any escalation path through management results in the issue being swept under the rug. Escalation of employee issues to HR results in non-action. HR is there to protect Xerox, not help employees. 20-30% underpaid Over worked Expected to wear 5+ hats Lack of leadership Required overtime with no pay or comp time Actively oppressive culture Lewan has lost all control over it's future. Xerox has taken over, outsourced all of it's administrative staff to India. Over the last year they've been slashing budget where ever possible. You will be expected to pull off the impossible with no support and for free. This place will break you.
