Salary doesn't depend on your previous drawn salary, it depends on whether u can speak good English and talk about something the core team doesn't understand. The people at LexInnova are good people, but they are very dissatisfied with the management.
Minpunten
Management's vision is blurry. Core team tries to get involved in everything, sometimes trivial matters like hiring an office boy. Menial decisions cannot be taken by Team Heads which delays the entire process. The Full & Final settlement of employees is never dispersed. No one replies to ex-employee emails. People who actually work are neglected for people who can talk nonsense to make the owners happy. No employee is satisfied.
