Pluspunten
There is nothing 'pro' as such. The employees seem friendly - That's pretty much it.
Minpunten
The pay is PEANUTS. I repeat 'PEANUTS'. They would require you to reach office by 9AM (at Salt Lake). But the office hours would not end before 9 PM. Your life would be limited to home-office-home. They expect you to work 24*7. I MUST TELL YOU - They literally had a clause in the agreement which said - "The company works 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You are expected to work as and when the company requires you to." BEWARE. The management boasts and present themselves as employee friendly and professional, but actually they are not. If you are selected, they would spot on present you with a standard employee agreement, the last line of which says - "Unilateral withdrawal from the agreement would lead to a LEGAL LIABILITY and would require you to COMPENSATE THE COMPANY ACCORDINGLY (To what amount is unknown, maybe a year's salary on the mere garb of withdrawal from the agreement). The most PECULIAR part is, they call that clause a 'standard clause'. They would literally coax you, coerce you emotionally to sign the agreement spot on. They know NO ONE - NO ONE would want to work for the PEANUTS they offer. Even though they'd say 'sky is the limit' - just don't believe that BS.
