Liberty just had their most profitable year ever. Their bonus structure means that *some* of that trickles down to front line employees. Mostly not though.

Senior leadership, especially the CEO and Chief Purpose Officer, are totally out of touch with employees.

Loved my direct team members and managers, they were amazing, benefits are great, learned a lot!

Unfortunately it’s the senior management teams that is out of touch that is causing the mass turnover and issues, I’m now a senior executive at another carrier and I’m seeing many very talented experienced Liberty complex adjusters being forced and pushed out due to obvious targeting tactics that Liberty does; they have been sued for this issue on numerous occasions, so this behavior needs to stop.
