The pay and the benefits are very good. I can't think of too many people my age (24) who are making 60,000 a year.
Minpunten
Standard corporate environment. The managment on my particular team is also extremely under qualified and incompetent. I feel my managers are out of touch with the projects I'm currently working on and have little to no understanding of the problems we face.
