The compensation benefits are at par with market and Liberty Mutual motivates employees for advancement at both personal and career level. The teams are not huge, are right sized, there is good growth opportunity in every project.

There are no pros to working here. I just thought of one, you have a chance to work remotely so you don’t have to see your toxic, incompetent manager in person every day.
