Immediate workroom home during Covid, recognizing social issues and working to better diversity with in the company.

Benefits start right away however you are hit with a large deductible (no copays). Lack of employee mindfulness, and work life balance, several departments are burnt out.

Loved my direct team members and managers, they were amazing, benefits are great, learned a lot!

Unfortunately it’s the senior management teams that is out of touch that is causing the mass turnover and issues, I’m now a senior executive at another carrier and I’m seeing many very talented experienced Liberty complex adjusters being forced and pushed out due to obvious targeting tactics that Liberty does; they have been sued for this issue on numerous occasions, so this behavior needs to stop.
