Performance scores done by quality assurance associates are too subjective and yet make up a large portion of overall performance ratings.Associates are often not seasoned reps and are biased due to insufficient concrete training.Unfair negative scores on csr evals are non-negotiable regardless of what management ascertains. Holding on to this job is most of the battle.

Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
