Terrible management/lack of empathy - werkgeversreview Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) bij Life Ride

I currently work here and can honestly say, this is the first job I actually wake up and enjoy going to.. The company treats there employees very nice and with respect Lesha the Lead BLS Dispatch/Scheduler is very nice, friendly and helpful if you need anything. Demir the Director of BLS Operations is a great communicator, and responds to you quickly if you have a question or a concern. The dispatchers are always polite, and do not force late jobs on you, like the majority of other EMS companies. Happy to work here! Flexible schedule, and you have your job schedule the night before.

I can't really think of any negative things at all to say honestly..

Management No oversight on management they are not accountable Demir is a liar and will try and bully people Rips of and pays women less especially if they are young woman
