Also stop going on excursions where you are gone for hours only to make some business meeting excuse up which is totally false. AS WE DONT HAVE MEETING OUTSIDE OF THE CLUB!!

*depends on your manger, but they will preach culture while being totally imbalanced themselves. * cut bonus multiple times even when you hit goals, talking about how restructure is good for employees. (Employees do need a great culture but compensate tenured employees as well) * some department managers (NOT LEADERS) will throw any team member under the bus if they are under the hot seat.
